UAS Notification Form

By completing and submitting this form, you will satisfy your requirement to notify the Airport and the FAA of your UAS/drone operation.
RECREATIONAL PILOTS: Remain clear of all runway protection zones at Peter O. Knight Airport, Tampa Executive Airport and Plant City Airport. Recreational drone pilots may obtain authorization to fly in TPA’s controlled airspace using the Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC). Learn more about UAS rules and LAANC at www.FAA.gov/UAS.
COMMERCIAL PILOTS: Ensure you have FAA authorization to fly within the airspace (Class B, E, TFRs, alert areas, etc…). Check for the latest rules at https://www.faa.gov/uas/getting_started/part_107
Questions/Comments: Contact TPA’s Drone Program Manager, Nevada Smith, at NSmith@TampaAirport.com with any questions regarding flights within the Class B airspace around Tampa International Airport (TPA). You may contact Tracey Cartright at TCartright@TampaAirport.com for questions regarding flights near Peter O. Knight Airport (TPF), Tampa Executive Airport (VDF) and Plant City Airport (PCM).
