UAS Notification Form

By completing and submitting this form, you will satisfy your requirement to notify the Airport and the FAA of your UAS/drone operation.
RECREATIONAL PILOTS: Remain clear of all runway protection zones at Peter O. Knight Airport, Tampa Executive Airport and Plant City Airport. Recreational drone pilots are now able to obtain authorization to fly in TPA's controlled airspace using the Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC). Learn more about UAS rules and LAANC at www.FAA.gov/UAS. Please feel free to contact TPA's Drone Program Manager at NSmith@TampaAirport.com with any other questions you may have.
COMMERCIAL PILOTS: Ensure you have FAA authorization to fly within the airspace (Class B, E, TFRs, alert areas, etc…). Check for the latest rules at https://www.faa.gov/uas/getting_started/part_107
